I'm a Physiotherapist, qualified Pilates & Fitness instructor & Yoga Therapist with over 20 years experience in exercise based rehab, specialising with peri menopausal women with chronic pain & other symptoms related to hormonal changes.

I assist you to set an exciting measurable fitness goal to work together towards, keeping your motivation on track.


Gym, home weights or body weight versions of the program based on your own needs.


4 or 5 days a week 30 to 40 minutes balanced strength training sessions.


Progressive low intensity steady-state cardio. You can walk, jog, cycle, swim or use cardio equipment in the gym.


Cardio is 3 to 6 times a week depending on your set goal.


Pilates core stability and pelvic floor control exercises are included.


Macro recommendations are provided based on your current muscle and fat composition and you are taught how to record and check simply.


Easy to prepare, no fuss plant-based meal plans are provided with vegetarian and pescatarian options.


Quick food prep advice, with only minutes for each menu, with high-protein and large volumes of cruciferous vegetable portions, appropriate for balancing hormones and minerals.


An option for prep of 1 to 2 longer, delicious recipes each week on a Sunday for easy lunch and dinner all week.


A supportive Facebook group of like-minded, positive women, who lift up and encourage each other to make sure they achieve their goals.


Weekly live education and Q & A sessions, with recordings, to help you to understand the changes you are going through and answer troubling questions to help you feel in control.


Simple, short yoga therapy stretching, breathing and meditation sequences are provided on the app to balance your mind and improve your sleep.

  • Measures performed prior to commencement to establish a baseline and level of your initial program, ($200 AUD value).

  • Data analysis for program development specific to you, solving your problems, based on your current needs & goal, ($400 AUD value).

  • Reassessment at 6 weeks, ($200 AUD value), and after 12 weeks, ($200 AUD value), to check progress, reinforce the changes you are making and  progress or modify your program.

  • App with your exercises on your phone including videos, voiceover descriptions and written explanations for each exercise, ($450 AUD value).

  • Modifications to your program based on your changing needs, ($500 AUD value).

  • Recipes and food plan, ($300 AUD value).

  • Weekly educational sessions with Q & A to understand training method, supporting your management and success, ($1200 AUD value).

  • Weekly check in for 12 weeks and daily monitoring of your program, ensuring progression and achievement of goals, ($1200 AUD).

  • Long term management plan at the end of 12 weeks to ensure ongoing success, ($300 AUD).

Will I be supported daily?


Yes! During our 12 weeks together, I will be available daily Monday-Saturday to answer your questions and messages in the app. I will be checking in with you weekly to ensure you stay on track.


Will I get instant access?


When you sign up you will be sent a series of questionnaires. Once you have completed all questionnaires, I will use the responses to design your program. If all the questionnaires are received at least 48 hours before the next Monday you will receive your program on the app on the following Monday to commence your 12 weeks.


How do I know this will work for me?


Your program is designed specifically to your needs and is modified based on your feedback and progressed appropriately to ensure you reach your goals. You will need to follow the program to achieve the desired success. If you have any questions or concerns please click the email address to discuss further.


What if I’m already really busy?


Your program is designed around your lifestyle and time available. You can choose to exercise in a gym, outside or at home with full or no equipment. You can strength train in as little as 30 minutes a day 4-5 days a week and still make amazing transformation.

Once you set the routine it will become part of your daily life and you will achieve more in your spare time with your extra energy and clarity of mind, to get on with tasks.


What is your refund/cancellation policy?


I offer a refund in the first 14 days only if you follow it in full and the program does not meet your expectations.

I am a professional, fully dedicated and committed to you and your success during our 12 weeks together. I ask that you are fully committed also. To be eligible to receive a refund you need to have followed the program in full each day, including your exercise program on the app, education sessions and meal plans and interacted with me providing feedback as you go, so I can assist you. 

I know that my system and strategy works, based on research and 25 years experience, as long as you stay committed and put in the work. Change takes time and as long as you stay committed and follow your plan you will achieve your goal.
